The full legal entity name and registered address will be added to this section once finalized. You can submit requests and applications through the contact form linked from this page or at info@afectusenergy.com.
02Personal data processed
Through the contact form we process your full name, email address, phone number (if provided), company/facility information, and the content of your message. The site does not automatically collect special categories of personal data outside the form.
03Purposes of processing
Your data is processed solely to evaluate your request, determine the appropriate technical pre-assessment scope, respond to your question, and contact you where necessary. No automated profiling or marketing processing is carried out.
04Legal basis
Under Article 5 of the KVKK (Law No. 6698), your personal data is processed based on the explicit consent you give by submitting the contact form.
05Transfers
Your personal data is not shared with third parties other than the hosting/form infrastructure providers (e.g. Netlify) required for the site and contact form to operate. Any transfer abroad occurs only to the extent required by these infrastructure services and in line with applicable legislation.
06Retention period
Your data is retained for as long as needed to evaluate your request and complete the related communication; it is deleted once that purpose no longer applies or upon your request.
07Your rights as a data subject
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, request its correction or deletion, object to processing, and exercise the other rights listed in the law. You can submit your applications through the contact form.
