Independent engineering for industrial and energy projects
Afectus Energy is a team providing independent engineering and technical advisory for industrial facilities and energy investments. We don't sell equipment or take turnkey contracting work — we stand on the owner's side and build the technical and financial basis of a decision.
Why independent
When the assessment of an energy investment sits with the party selling that investment, a conflict of interest arises. As an independent engineering party, we have no equipment or solution of our own to sell; so our analysis is under no obligation to defend a particular product or solution. Our only job is to produce a data-driven, defensible technical opinion — to make your decision easier, not to close our own sale.
How we work
We build every engagement on the same chain: data → model → scenario → decision. Our expertise sits in three areas, and in most projects these areas feed one another.
Energy Intelligence
By modelling consumption, generation, and price data together, we evaluate BESS, EMS, solar, and energy procurement decisions.

- Sale or supply of equipment, batteries, or materials
- Turnkey contracting work
- On-site installation, assembly, or commissioning contracting
- Advocacy for a particular brand or product
- Savings or payback guarantees without sufficient data
